At Melbourne Storage Racks, we’re committed to offering competitive pricing. If you find an identical product at a lower advertised price from a comparable Australian retailer, we’ll beat it.

Eligibility

To qualify, the competitor must:

Be an Australian business with a valid ABN.
Operate a physical warehouse or showroom.
Offer both customer pick-up and delivery services.
Stock a wide range of shelving, pallet racking and storage products.
Have the identical product in stock and available for immediate purchase.
Offer the same brand, size, colour, specifications and load rating.

Delivery Orders

For delivery orders, we compare the total delivered price, including all delivery charges. Price Beat applies to the total cost, not the product price alone.

Exclusions

Our Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:

Clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales.
End-of-line or discontinued products.
Used, refurbished or damaged goods.
Marketplace or auction sellers (including eBay,
Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace and Amazon Marketplace).
Trade, wholesale, tender or contract pricing.
Membership, coupon, cashback or gift card offers.
Pricing errors or misprints.
Special-order or custom-made products.
Products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase.

Verification

Simply provide a current quotation, website link or advertisement. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price, stock availability and delivery charges before approving a Price Beat.
